The six charts detail the requirements and guidelines that each state follows when addressing these issues in a case.

Florida Family Law by Brenda M. Abrams

Florida Family Law by Brenda M. Abrams is a great secondary source that is divided into six different sections:

Division I: Marriage

Division II: Torts and Family Relationships

Division III: Marital Property

Division IV: Dissolution of Marriage

Division V: Parent-Child Relationships

Division VI: Other Procedures

Each Division includes definitions, duties, liabilities, requirements for drafting forms and agreements, and other various sections.

Florida Family Law Case Summaries

The Case Summaries on LexisAdvance provide actual case law summaries based on different areas of family law. The major sections include: Jurisdiction, Premarital Agreements, Separation and Settlement Agreements, Alimony, Child Support, Equitable Distribution, Parental Responsibility, Child Custody Jurisdiction, and Attorney's Fees.
