Cybersecurity by Denise Villarreal: Home

Cybersecurity Introduction

Also known at Information Security, Cybersecurity is presenting increasingly important legal issues for individuals, businesses, and governments.  Keeping up with the trends is difficult as leading legislation is being updated frequently, but still slowly behind industry needs and changes, leaving courts to struggle to keep abreast of changes.  Internationally, the field is even more dynamic with many countries addressing the issue in ways that meet their unique needs while trying to come together through organizations like the United Nations to establish some uniformity.
