Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
(Cost: FREE) The purpose of this form is to request that U.S. Citizenship
and Immigration Services (USCIS) consider deferring action, on a case-by-case basis, to defer removal of an individual as an act of prosecutorial discretion.
Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
(Cost: $465 ($380 for form + $85 biometrics fee) The purpose of this application is so that individuals who are granted Deferred Action may also receive an employment authorization card.
G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
The purpose of this form is to request that application/petition acceptance be released electronically.
