Motion to Dismiss

The Defendant by and through undersigned attorney and pursuant to Fla. R. Crim. P. 3.190(c) moves to dismiss the above styled cause. As grounds therefor and in support of his motion the Defendant would state the following:

Motion to Dismiss for sale within 1,000 ft of school
