Policy on firearms and other prohibited weapons
Effective , persons residing in the states of Texas and Oklahoma, who are licensed by their respective state, will be allowed to carry concealed handguns. While the Texas “Concealed Handgun Act” and the Oklahoma “Self Defense Act” give individuals the right to carry concealed handguns, both Acts allow employers to prohibit such persons from carrying a concealed handgun on the property owned or managed by the employer. The Company’s Policy is as follows: “The Company prohibits the possession, transfer or use of weapons while on Company facilities or while off Company facilities but on Company business. Weapons prohibited by this policy include firearms, including concealed handguns, firearm replicas, ammunition look-alikes (dummies or duds), explosives, night sticks, spring-loaded knives, and other objects designed to intimidate or injure people.”
 
§  180:60. Ordinance regulating firearms
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING FIREARMS
SECTION ONE. PROHIBITED AREAS
No person shall, except in justifiable self-defense and when reasonably necessary for the protection of life, fire or discharge any rifle, shotgun, air rifle, crossbow, air pistol, slingshot, firearm, as defined in Section of the Penal Law, or similar projectile device within the boundaries of the Town of .
SECTION TWO. USE OF BOWS RESTRICTED
No bow hunting, bow shooting or bow discharge shall be allowed within feet of any structure.
SECTION THREE. EXCEPTIONS
This ordinance shall not apply to any officer of law while engaged in the protection of the safety of the people of the State of , nor shall it apply to a member or guest of a gun club engaged in any shooting upon such gun club premises which, except for this ordinance, is permitted by law, or to archery classes offered at any public or private school.
SECTION FOUR. PENALTIES FOR OFFENSES
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance or any section of it shall be punishable as provided in [cite relevant ordinance]. Each separate violation shall constitute a separate additional offense. However, for the purpose of conferring jurisdiction upon courts and judicial officers generally, violations of this ordinance shall be deemed misdemeanors, and for such purpose only, all provisions of law relating to misdemeanors shall apply to such violations.

Stat., the possession and display of said firearm being in violation of §§ 777.01, 790.07, Fla.
