Fla. Stat. 120 provides the Florida Administrative Procedure Act. The APA proscribes the rulings and decision-making processes for agencies in Florida; however, according to the act, it does not apply to the courts or the legislature. Currently, there is no administrative law which pertains to the area of premises liability.
