Off Campus Usernames/Passwords

CONNECTING OFF CAMPUS

As AMSL law students, you can log on to most legal databases and web pages from any location around the world. If you require an access code, please contact the AMSL librarians. You will have access to legal databases such as:

11th Circuit Court of Appeals

Florida Supreme Court

Florida District Court of Appeals

LexisNexis

LEXISNEXIS is a legal database which operates as a subscription service. All law students at AMSL must create a personalized username/password to access their accounts. LexisNexis activation codes are handed out mid-way through the first semester.

WESTLAW is a legal database which operates as a subscription service. All law students at AMSL must create a personalized username/password to access their accounts. Westlaw activation codes are handed out mid-way through the first semester.

CALI

CALI: The Center For Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction

All AMSL law students have personalized usernames/passwords for CALI. Law professors occasionally require students to take CALI lessons (and the accompanying quizzes), and CALI is generally a great study resource if you are looking to prepare for exams.
