HOW

For the sake of simplicity, most hands-on court-related items, including a number of court rules and form documents, have been included together under the "Pleadings & Practitioner Items" tab.

Again, as a reminder, litigation revolving around PPACA should likely occur within the federal court system, including the U.S. Tax Court, and should not be expected in individual state's courts. Practitioners should still maintain their own familiarity with the rules of any further jurisdictions in which they intend to practice.
