In addition to attorneys, other professionals are likely to include accountants, insurance agents, financial consultants, human resources specialists, and employment regulation experts just to name a few.
In addition to rulings and guidances, various federal administrative agencies have released forms and other documents, the vast majority of which will be suited for non-lawyer specialists. This does not mean that attorneys should not have a basic awareness of such items and remain alert for updates.
