These are useful materials for crafting pleadings and other legal instruments for the legal practitioner. Their utility to the layman will be minimal; it is very easy to suddenly find yourself "in over your head" by submitting pleadings to a court or other tribunal without legal training. Furthermore, if a claim is pleaded improperly, you may be forever barred from asserting it.
To ensure that one's claims are properly identified and pleaded, a licensed attorney should always be consulted. The materials may nevertheless be useful to the non-practitioner in understanding the different steps in a lawsuit and the amount of labor required for proper litigation.
The majority of these links are from West's Florida Practice Series, commonly available in print at law libraries.
