FRAP Rule 4 explains the procedure for filing an appeal in the event that military veterans are denied their disability compensation. It's a general rule applied to all cases, but is applicable when dealing with disability discrimination suits.

FRAP Rule 38 deals with the procedure that occurs when a party files an appeal that shouldn't have been done in the first place. In the case of disability discrimination, this can occur if an employer lost and is trying to file an appeal based on unreasonable grounds.

FRCP Rule 23: deals with suit in the case of multiple plaintiffs file as one due to a similar wrong. This can apply in disability discrimination if the military veterans are wrongfully denied accommodations by the same employer or company.

FRCP Rule 56 deals filing a motion to show that there is no genuine dispute to material fact of an issue at hand and wishes for a judgment to be made on their behalf.
In the case of disability discrimination, this rule can be applied for military veterans to be shown through evidence why they are entitled to equal rights and fair practice, without a doubt.

FRCP Rule 59 deals with motion to file for a new trial. This rule is applicable in the case of disability discrimination because in the event that a military veterans doesn't win their case on a certain court level, this rule helps them to get a second chance with a new trial, depending on the judge's rulings.
