5:12-107. Conduct of Hearings; Rules of Evidence; Punishment of Contempts of New Jersey Statutes Annotated promulgates the procedures which guide the resolution of disputes in the administrative court of the Casino Control Commission. Further, it provides the Attorney General reserves the right to pursue legal action in Superior Court if the issue is not resolved, which is when regular court fees will apply to both parties.

Sales to Certain Persons Prohibited; Penalties of West's Delaware Code Annotated promulgates the laws which restrict who may participate in the State Lottery's sanctioned games. Further, it allows the Family Court to retain jurisdiction over unlawful gambling of individuals under the age of 17, where related Family Court fees will apply.
