Portal where federal regualtions are initially posted before being published in teh Code of Federal Regulations. also check out Reginfo.gov to see information on pending regulations. If you are interested in guaging the public opinion of proposed regulations be sure to look at Regulations.gov.
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
Lists regulations currently in effect, organized by subject similar to how federal statutes are listed. A frequently upated version is available at FDSys, however this is not considered the official legal edition.
